Mitsubishi Virtual Showroom

A pixel-streamed Unreal Engine experience for configuring and touring the Mitsubishi vehicle lineup. I built the core systems, optimized the project for smooth performance, and developed the Next.js website that enables bi-directional communication via WebSockets.

Project Overview

The Mitsubishi Virtual Showroom is a pixel-streamed Unreal Engine experience that allows customers to configure and tour a range of Mitsubishi vehicles in a virtual environment. The project is built using Unreal Engine, Arcware, and Next.js.

Within Unreal Engine, I established the project structure and development pipeline, profiled and optimized performance, and architected the configuration, tour, and dynamic camera systems. Everything was meticulously designed to enable the development team to easily add, modify, or remove vehicles, environments, and tour sequences.

I created the prototype of the website in Figma, then implemented the design and functionality using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Arcware was chosen as the pixel-streaming platform for its reobust feature set, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
