Project Feed

2026

A collaborative project hub for sharing progress, not status updates: activity feed, tasks, docs, infinite canvases, and media review with pinned 3D and image annotations. My SaaS product, built and shipped through Nyarenari.

Project Overview

Project Feed is a collaborative project hub I build and ship through my studio, Nyarenari. It gives product, design, and operations teams one workspace to share progress instead of status updates: a chronological activity feed of rich posts, tasks, docs, infinite canvases, files, and media review.

What it does

Teams post updates with rich media and threaded discussion, manage work with tasks and time tracking, write docs on a collaborative wiki, sketch on infinite canvases with live multiplayer cursors, and review media — images, video, PDFs, and 3D models — with pinned, resolvable annotations. External client feeds share a curated, read-only view with people outside the workspace.

How it's built

Project Feed is a Next.js 16 / React 19 app in TypeScript, with Convex as the real-time backend and database, Better-Auth for authentication, and a Plate.js + Yjs stack for collaborative editing. The 3D model review runs on three.js and react-three-fiber, media is stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through a Cloudflare Worker CDN, and live canvas and document presence run on Cloudflare Durable Objects. It also ships a developer platform — a REST API, webhooks, a CLI, and an MCP server — alongside billing, analytics, and enterprise security and compliance.

My role

Founder, designer, and lead engineer. I designed the product and built it end to end: the frontend, the real-time backend, the collaboration systems, and the infrastructure.
